1. General Provisions

By purchasing software products from CherryHacks, you agree to these Terms of Service. All products are provided for educational and private testing purposes.

2. License & Delivery

Digital license keys are issued instantly via email and user dashboard upon successful payment verification. HWID binding applies to software licenses.

3. Downtime Compensation

If a software product undergoes maintenance due to game updates, subscription time is frozen and compensated 1:1 for the downtime.
